Kassia IGT 2024
Our Kassia wine is a new experiment for us: our first vintage of a Sangiovese vinified in white. Made from 100% Sangiovese, the red grapes are pressed and fermented without their skins to produce a white wine. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented spontaneously.
