Kassia IGT 2024
Il nostro vino Kassia 2024 IGT è un nuovo esperimento per noi: la nostra prima annata di Sangiovese vinificato in bianco. Nasce da Sangiovese in purezza: le uve rosse vengono pressate e fermentate senza le bucce per ottenere un vino bianco. Le uve sono raccolte a mano e fermentano spontaneamente in acciaio.
