New 2026 Olive Harvest: Extra-Virgin Olive Oil - Glass Bottle
Poggio San Polo’s extra-virgin olive oil is made using traditional methods that respect the biodiversity and character of our land. We farm our groves organically and cultivate three classic Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo. Our team picks the olives by hand, and they are cold-pressed the same day to preserve the oil’s quality and its naturally high polyphenol content.
How to enjoy it: Use it raw to finish soups, grilled meats, vegetables, beans, and bruschetta, or simply with bread.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place and close the bottle after use.
A Commitment to Sustainability
Sustainable practices have always been integral to Poggio San Polo not as a trend, but as part of the original philosophy that shaped who we are. In 2026, this commitment was further emphasized through our adoption of the Equalitas Sustainable Certification, developed in agreement with the UN's 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals.
The certification outlines our mandate for wine production in favour of environmental protection, social wellbeing, and economic progress.
