New 2026 Olive Harvest: Extra-Virgin Olive Oil - Tin Can
Our new-harvest extra virgin olive oil from the 2026 season, made at Poggio San Polo in the heart of Chianti, Tuscany. This is olio nuovo at its freshest, and it’s available from late October. The oil is a blend of three classic Tuscan cultivars: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino. Frantoio brings fruitiness and a peppery finish, Moraiolo adds depth and a pleasant bitterness, and Leccino rounds it all out with softness and balance. Drizzle it over grilled meats, bruschetta, soups and fresh vegetables, or simply on good bread, to taste the Chianti harvest at its best.

A Commitment to Sustainability
Sustainable practices have always been integral to Poggio San Polo not as a trend, but as part of the original philosophy that shaped who we are. In 2026, this commitment was further emphasized through our adoption of the Equalitas Sustainable Certification, developed in agreement with the UN's 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals.
The certification outlines our mandate for wine production in favour of environmental protection, social wellbeing, and economic progress.
