Our hand-harvested organic olives are cold-pressed on the very same day to capture the essence of their flavour and preserve their profound nutritional benefits. Moments after pressing, the oil emerges as a vivid, verdant green, with hints of a delicate spice that enhances any dish. The freshly extracted oil is then stored in medium-sized temperature-controlled stainless steel containers, safeguarding its purity and integrity, until it is time to bottle.
